Warranty Policy

At Secrets Lebanon, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty we provide against manufacturing defects, what it covers, and how to make a claim. It works alongside our Refund & Returns Policy and should be read together with it.

Please note: our only remedy under this warranty is a replacement. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

What This Warranty Covers

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on eligible products. This means that if an eligible product stops working due to a genuine manufacturing fault under normal, intended use, we will replace it.

For products with a motor, battery, or electronic component (such as rechargeable items), this warranty covers failure of the internal mechanism or charging function caused by a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Period

Eligible products are covered for 6 – 12 months if selected at checkout from the date of delivery, unless a different period is stated on the product page.

Items that arrive damaged or defective on delivery are handled under the shorter reporting window in our Refund & Returns Policy — you must report these within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, dropping, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Water damage beyond the product’s stated water-resistance rating.
  • Damage from using incorrect chargers, adapters, or accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery capacity loss over time.
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or use of incompatible lubricants or products.
  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, or discoloration that do not affect function.
  • Products where the defect results from tampering, disassembly, or unauthorized repair.
  • Consumable and non-mechanical items (see below).
  • Change of mind, wrong selection, or “no longer wanted” items.

Products Without an Ongoing Warranty

Certain items are covered only against defects present on arrival (reportable within 48 hours), and carry no ongoing warranty period. These include, for example, lingerie and apparel, accessories, and any consumable or single-use products, for hygiene and practical reasons.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement under this warranty:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
  3. Include clear photos or a video demonstrating the fault.
  4. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product.

Once we confirm the defect is covered, we will arrange a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value or store credit.

Important Notes

  • This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Secrets Lebanon.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
  • Replacement is the sole remedy; no refunds or cash returns are provided.
  • This warranty does not affect the terms of our Refund & Returns Policy, which remains in force.
