Refund & Returns Policy

At Secrets Lebanon, all sales are final. Because we sell intimate and personal-use products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for hygiene and safety reasons. We do, however, replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or faulty. Please read the details below.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any product. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, the sale is final.

No Returns

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item — whether opened or unopened. This is standard practice for intimate and personal-use products and helps us guarantee that every product reaching our customers is new and untouched.

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photos or a video showing the defect or damage.
  • The item must be reported in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging and accessories.

Once we confirm the fault, we will arrange a replacement of the same item as quickly as possible. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal value or store credit.

What Is Not Covered

Replacements do not apply to:

  • Change of mind, wrong choice, or “no longer wanted” items.
  • Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer at checkout.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after use.
  • Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Include your order number and photos/video clearly showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond with the next steps.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has left our facility for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

Discreet & Secure

Every order is delivered in 100% discreet, unbranded packaging. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier or to us immediately.
